Home Health Nurse (RN/LPN) | Flexible "Build-Your-Own" Schedule

One-on-One Care | Davenport Area

Are you looking for nursing hours that actually fit your life? Family Care Solutions is seeking compassionate RNs or LPNs to provide dedicated, one-on-one care for a patient in the home setting.

We are specifically looking for reliable clinicians to cover a series of short, 15-minute impactful visits. Whether you want to pick up a few mornings a week or are looking for a consistent weekend side-hustle, we can work with you.

The Schedule (Mix & Match)

We are open to hiring two nurses to split these hours or one person looking for a robust part-time schedule (each visit lasting approx. 15 minutes).

$30/Visit

• 7:15 AM – Mon-Fri
• 11:45 AM – Mon/Wed/Fri
• 4:45 PM – Mon/Wed/Fri
• Weekends (Sat & Sun): * Full coverage available at 7:15 AM, 11:45 AM, and 4:45 PM.

Note: We offer true flexibility. Apply even if you can only cover specific days or time slots!

What You’ll Need

• An active Iowa (or compact) RN or LPN license.
• A dependable, patient-focused heart.
• The ability to manage care independently in a home environment.
• Great communication skills (we’re a team, even if we're mobile!).
