Family Care Solutions is seeking skilled Registered Nurses and Licensed Practical Nurses to provide in-home nursing care to patients throughout the community. This role offers flexibility, independence, and the opportunity to provide focused care in a home setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing services according to patient care plans.
• Perform assessments and monitor changes in patient condition.

• Complete accurate clinical documentation.
• Communicate effectively with the healthcare team regarding patient needs.

Requirements 

• Current, active RN or LPN license in Iowa.
• Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently in a home care setting.
• Reliable, professional, and committed to quality patient care.
