In this role, you’ll support individuals with intellectual and physical disabilities as they build independence, confidence, and life skills. You'll be there to help others achieve everyday successes, try new things, and reach their goals.

No experience needed. Training provided!

How You'll Help
Support Staff work alongside clients as they: 

• Build personal safety skills
• Learn money-management skills
• Develop social and communication skills
• Create healthy lifestyle habits
• Participate in community activities
• Household and homemaking tasks
• Fine and gross motor skill development
• Daily living and independence skills
• Setting and achieving personal goals

Schedule: Part-time 10–15 hours per week

• Monday–Friday between 2:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m.
• Flexible scheduling within those hours
• Two weekends per month with flexibility, choose the weekends that work best for you
